Modalities of implementation
- Multi-lingual Support
GeM portal is optimized for languages being written from left to right. For other languages, support would be required to be built in. - Multi-Currency Support
GeM currently supports only INR transactions. - Business RuleEngine
GeM currently is optimized for procurement by Indian central and state entities based on GFR guidelines and associated business rules. Customization may be required basis the rules/laws of target country. - Organization Hierarchy Considerations
GeM currently follows 4 level Organization hierarchy which would be required to be mapped for friendly countries.
