Integrated with Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM) and 67 million Ayushman Bharat Health Account (ABHA) numbers created

NCD related activities are done through several healthcare professionals (viz. ASHA, ANM, Specialist, Nurse, Program Officials)
Referral system followed for complicated health issue
Health workers apps support 11 Indian languages
Reminders & task lists for follow-ups enable efficient patient tracking
Program managers and decision-makers access dashboards, reports, and analytics to gain insights into the program's performance.
